Roofswarm

Terms

Roofswarm is a monthly subscription sold by Matake Investments, LLC, PO Box 2170, Lynnwood, WA 98036, United States. Plans and prices are as shown above, in US dollars, billed monthly until you cancel. Both plans start with 60 free days.

Prices do not include sales tax. Washington sales tax is added to each monthly charge where it applies, at the rate for your address.

Cancellation

Cancel any time by emailing brandon@swarmproinc.com. Your access continues through the monthly period you have already been billed for, and nothing is charged after that. If you cancel during the 60 free days, nothing is charged.

Refunds

There are no refunds after the 60 free days end. When you cancel, your access continues through the period already billed. To ask about a charge, email brandon@swarmproinc.com.

Privacy

Matake Investments, LLC keeps what you give us to set up your Roofswarm account and quote page: your name, email address and password (we keep only a scrambled form of it), and your company's name, phone number, mailing address, license number, website, prices and service area. When billing starts, card payments go through Stripe, and we do not store card numbers.

Your quote page asks homeowners for their name, email address and property address, and lets them add a phone number and a note. Roofswarm uses them to price the roof and to send the emails you approve about the request. Customer lists you upload are used the same way. Pricing a roof sends its address to Google's mapping service, and the emails you approve go out through our email provider, Resend. Our server logs record the IP address of each visit.

We do not sell personal information. To see what we hold, or to have it deleted, email brandon@swarmproinc.com. If someone has unsubscribed, we keep their email address so they are not emailed again.
